WHAT WE DO
Through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives, WERise offers a range of entrepreneurial development programs and events tailored to the specific needs of women entrepreneurs in Ghana. From skill-building workshops to networking sessions and mentorship programs, we empower women to thrive in their business endeavors and contribute to the country's economic prosperity.
Our Objectives
- To build on the existing GEA Database of female entrepreneurs and professionals from different industries and occupations.
- To create an independent network of Ghanaian female professionals that drives the gender equality agenda
- To help address the current gender imbalances and promote gender-sensitive actions that empower women
- To help women develop their entrepreneurship skills through an accelerated advancement process
- To create opportunities for female entrepreneurs to reach their goals and build business empires/ maintain profitable and sustainable business /top management positions.
- Support female entrepreneurs to participate in entrepreneurial development programs, including education, events, corporate and executive memberships, and executive coaching and mentoring.
- Assist in women-led policies and programmes

- Youth Skills Development:
We foster an entrepreneurial spirit by building the technical and vocational capacity of the youth and also equip them to lead confidently and thrive in their communities. - Youth Start-up Support:

We aspire to elevate entrepreneurs through tailored mentorship programs and initiatives that ensures women and the expertise for growth in competitive business. - Business Acceleration Programs:
Our uniquely curated acceleration programs promotes rapid business growth and support women and the youth to navigate the entrepreneurial journey successfully. - Linkages to Finance and Markets:
Our strategic linkages empower our entrepreneurs by creating access to global markets, and access to tailormade financial products and services that guarantee widespread success rate.
